At Dear Furniture we take pride in offering you fast delivery for our most of products and affordable shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to thousands of customers Australia-wide each day, and we always take the extra few steps to ensure that we provide the most efficient and convenient shipping options for you.
Note: We sell only brand new Products and all our products need manual assembling.

Delivery Australia Wide

We know you want your purchases as quickly as possible, so your order is usually on its way within 7 business days (except pre order products) and we do our best to dispatch your order the same day!

Note :Please note that our carriers do not deliver furniture and large items to PO boxes, so to avoid unnecessary delays please ensure you give your full street address at checkout.
Standard deliveries are made Monday - Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.

Estimated delivery time to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide is between 5-10 business days, Perth between business days, and for the rest of Australia between 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch. However, please allow up to 10 business days after dispatch for all deliveries.

Dear Furniture will do all that it can to ensure delivery within the estimated dates, but factors such as public holidays or suppliers delays may not allow this to always be possible. Please note that while Our freight partners provide a reliable national service, delivery delays can occur for a variety of reasons specially with Pre-Order products if they Have been held with Custom.Goods maybe delayed by our suppliers due circumstances beyond our control.



Dear Furniture reserves the right not to accept an order, or having accepted an order, to cancel an order if it cannot supply the goods within the order.

Any damaged or lost orders are subject to an investigation carried out by the courier company. This investigation can take up to 10 business days and we must allow the courier company to complete their investigation before we can take any further action into the whereabouts of the parcel.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is placed, your items will be packed and dispatched quickly from our warehouse, and you will be provided confirmation via email or text.

We ship our products within 10 business days (Except Pre Order)  if you do not receive tracking notification please contact us immediately.
